Abstract

In the era of digital disruption, marketing strategies are rapidly evolving with the help of analytics. This study explores the strategic role of digital marketing analytics in predicting consumer behavior in the Indian retail sector. Through case studies and data from leading Indian retailers, the paper examines how tools like predictive modeling, customer segmentation, and real-time data tracking are being used to personalize marketing and improve customer engagement. The findings indicate that the adoption of digital marketing analytics leads to measurable improvements in customer acquisition, retention, and sales growth. The study also addresses challenges in adoption and offers practical recommendations.
