Submission Preparation Checklist

Before submitting your manuscript to the Journal of Management Research and Review (JMRR), please ensure that your submission meets the following requirements. Completing this checklist will facilitate a smooth and efficient editorial process and enhance your manuscript’s chances of successful peer review.

Manuscript Requirements

  •  Originality: The manuscript is original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. Proper citations are provided for all sources to avoid plagiarism.

  •  Scope: The content fits within JMRR’s thematic scope and focus on management disciplines.

  •  Language Quality: The manuscript is written in clear, professional English, free from grammatical errors and typos.

  •  Title Page: Includes a concise title (max 15 words), full names of all authors, institutional affiliations, countries, and contact information for the corresponding author.

  •  Abstract and Keywords: Contains an abstract of no more than 250 words summarizing objectives, methods, results, and implications, alongside 3–6 relevant keywords.

  •  Manuscript Structure: Organized clearly according to journal guidelines—typically Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgments (if any), and References.

  •  References: Are complete, current, consistently formatted (APA, Harvard, or Chicago style preferred), and primarily comprise internationally recognized sources.

  •  Figures and Tables: All tables and figures are numbered, titled, embedded within the text, and also submitted separately as needed. Each is cited appropriately in the manuscript.

  •  Ethical Compliance: Includes required statements on ethical approval, consent (if applicable), conflict of interest disclosures, and funding acknowledgments.

  •  Plagiarism Check: The manuscript has been screened for plagiarism, with any similarity index not exceeding 15%.

Authorship and Contributions

  •  All authors meet established criteria for authorship and have approved the final version of the manuscript.

  •  Contributions from non-authors are acknowledged with their permission.

Supporting Documents

  •  Cover letter summarizing the manuscript’s significance and confirming originality.

  •  Supplementary files (data sets, appendices, code, etc.) are included when applicable and properly labeled.

  •  Completed copyright and licensing agreements (if required).

Submission Details

  •  Manuscript and all supporting documents are prepared in the correct file formats (Word or PDF).

  •  All metadata (title, abstract, keywords, author details) are accurately entered in the submission system.

  •  If submitting to a Special Issue, this is clearly noted in the cover letter and submission portal.

Incomplete or non-compliant submissions may experience delays or be returned for correction.
