• The work is original, with a similarity check performed for plagiarism.

Submissions failing to meet these basic standards are promptly returned to authors with feedback for correction or are declined, saving time for both authors and reviewers.

Step 3: Double-Blind Peer Review

Eligible manuscripts advance to a double-blind peer review, where the identities of both reviewers and authors are kept confidential. Key details:

• Manuscripts are typically evaluated by two independent experts with relevant subject matter experience.

• Reviewers assess the submission for originality, methodological rigor, scholarly merit, coherence, and relevance to management practice or theory.

• Review reports include specific recommendations: accept, minor revision, major revision, or reject.

Step 4: Editorial Decision

The editorial team reviews all peer reviewer feedback and makes a decision:

• Acceptance: Outstanding manuscripts proceed directly to production.

• Minor or Major Revision: Authors are provided with clear, constructive feedback and a timeline for resubmission. A point-by-point response to all reviewer comments is required when revising.

• Rejection: Authors are notified promptly with explanatory feedback to support future submissions.

In cases of conflicting reviews, the editor may seek an additional expert opinion.

Step 5: Revision and Follow-Up

Authors submit revised manuscripts according to editorial feedback. Depending on the extent of changes, revisions may undergo further review to ensure all concerns are addressed.

Step 6: Production and Proofing

Once accepted, manuscripts undergo professional copyediting, formatting, and proofreading. Authors receive galley proofs for final review and approval before online publication.

Step 7: Online Publication

• Accepted articles are published online as part of the next available issue.

• Research is immediately open access, globally available for reading, download, citation, and sharing.

• All published works are indexed and archived for maximum visibility and long-term impact.
